Customer Satisfaction Refund Policy: After the delivery of the initial idea, the customer has the opportunity to evaluate the quality of our services. In the event that, at that stage, the customer is not satisfied with our services, they may request a refund. However, if the customer chooses to proceed to the next phase or requests changes to the initial idea that would entail moving to the next phase, the refund guarantee for the service payment is immediately invalidated.

In addition, You may be subject to third party terms, such as Vendors’ warranties and return policies. Fulfillment Policy

A 100% deposit is required to order any product from Studio Dalika. No product shall be ordered by Studio Dalika until the product purchase has been approved and prepaid by the client (YOU). Communication and payment by the client (YOU) is paramount and should the client (YOU) delay in providing their decision and/or payment, Studio Dalika cannot guarantee the availability of product or the same original quoted price.

If a product is eligible for return by the originating vendor, then the you will be responsible for any re-stocking charges, including reimbursement of any shipping, duty and brokerage charges incurred.

Should circumstances arise that you have purchased products that Studio Dalika has sourced and specified, Studio Dalika is not responsible for the tracking of or for the delivery of said items. Studio Dalika holds no responsibility if the quantity received is insufficient or if the quality of items does not stand up to expectations, for example dye lot differs, damaged or flawed items, etc.
